 THE MIRACLE KING GRASS 

Surprising to see "maimo and zoology" talking about plants. During one of my research, I came across this plant that caught my attention. After studying it for sometime, I concluded it was information worth sharing. Not forgetting, zoology and botany are brothers, so I am still on tract. Most materials and information here have been tested first hand by me. One of my secrets why I remain healthy and fresh(haha).

The Miracle King Grass locally known as "Goatweed' is one of the most precious  plants here on earth. It has a variety of health benefits. Fortunately, it is very common in the grassland areas here in Cameroon. For those in the North West region of Cameroon, just take a look left and right in any bush around and you will find the Miracle King grass.
Here in the North West Region of Cameroon, there are indigenes and natives who believe strongly in the healing power of this plant.

DESCRIPTION

King Grass

The Miracle King Grass is a dicotyledon and has broad leaves which contains Chlorophyll and also suited for photosynthesis.
For easy identification in order not to get confused, the Miracle King Grass has:

• Green, broad, fury and dicotyledonous leaves.
• There exist tiny "fur" on the stem and the whole plants.
• Contains mostly whitish flowers which exist in a bunch-like sac.

 USES AND FUNCTIONS 

Despite the many things listed below, the King Grass is a very nutritive vegetable. Which is advisable to be eaten as food.

• When boiled with pure palm oil(unbleached) and drank, it stops DIARRHEA almost immediately. It forms a coagulant together with Palm oil which automatically acts contrary to Diarrhea. Also helps in DIZZINESS.
• Ask old men and women in our Bamenda, it contains anti-toxins. Hence it serves best against POISON,BITES and STINGS. It can be used by squeezing the leaves and place on the stung and affected area. For poison ingested, the King Grass can be eaten raw or squeezed and drank.Good against all types of poisonings. Chew about seven heads or squeeze fresh clean juice and drink. NB: Many vomits poison after taking it. Repeat about twice daily for a few days
• Smash and apply paste on both fresh and old WOUNDS for healing
• For farmers and agriculturalist, try it out. The magical king grass serves as good MANURE when used as humus. It increases the fertility of the soil. It is a natural FERTILIZER. Just harvest some and if possible get as many leaves as possible, keep them to rot and become humus, then use in a small garden or "tyre' garden and plants tomatoes or spices. Plant another without the King Grass fertilizer then after sometime, check the difference and look for me(haha).
• Also, it is good and necessary for farm land especially in farms where infertility is the talk of the day. Planting the King Grass there would be a great idea.

• Good for HEAD ACHE. Few leaves and buds can be eaten or juice made out of it and drank.
• When squeeze, the liquid gotten can be used for BACK and ABDOMINAL PAIN, just rub and massage on the painful area and also drink some liquid made of it. It helps when there is a painful swelling. Just drink and apply on it. It is also believed to work against Hernia ( Personally, I can't guarantee that because I haven't researched on it).
• Excellent for COUGH in Children. Add a pinch of salt to make it more effective.
• Taken as enema("pump") to treat FEVER in children. Also bath children with boiled leaves (teas from leaves)
• Whenever there is a SORE THROAT, drink juice made from by squeezing the King Grass.
• After researching in a village in Wum Division of the North West region of Cameroon, precisely called Bawori, It was noticed how at the 9th month of PREGNANCY and at the onset of labour, the plants is boiled and the liquid used as an enema ('pump'). It helps to facilitate delivery. This is believed so and it works for the villagers there.
• Applying few drops of the juice or liquid gotten as a results of squeezing the King Grass to an eye suffering from CONJUNCTIVITIS and "Apollo". 
• Juice is excellent in removing hard particles in EYES. Apply juice in affected eye(s).
• Has aphrodisiac properties, thus boosting LIBIDO.
• Very good of Ceased menstruation and other MENSTRUAL problems. Drink few days to your period and even on your period.
• Works against GREY HAIR and HAIR TREATMENT. Take tea as enema and apply fresh juice on hair/head and massage well.
• Crush with a little salts and apply on ATHLETES FOOT ("water rain").
• If you know the Herpetic Whitlow commonly called "whitlow" is, then you will think of a way of treating it. Make a paste out of the king grass and apply to the finger. Apply a semi solid paste and renew once every 6 hours. Do that for the next few days and you will experience the power of the Miracle King grass. Whitlow is caused by bacteria infection and under normal circumstances, it is short term.

Other tips which could help you. I also do it and keep my system healthy and clean. Dry the leaves of the King grass and smash them. You can use them as your own "tea". Drink it as often as possible and it will cause more good in your system. It is free and easy to find. Drink as with warm water and if possible add honey. You will become as fresh as I am and even more(haha).
